  • Account information: your name, email address, password (hashed), phone number, and profile details.
  • Group and listing activity: the private groups you join, tickets you post, offers you make, trades you complete, and messages you send through the Service.
  • Payment and payout information: handled by our payment processor(s); we receive limited metadata (last four digits, brand, transaction ID) but not full card numbers.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for session management, preferences, and analytics.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • Process transactions and send transactional emails.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize the data.
